The Fine Art Degree Show 2016
This Summer sees a week of art from twenty-three soon-to-be graduates from the Southampton Solent School of Fine Art: 10th June - 16th June at Below Bar, 9 Castle Way, Southampton, SO14 2XB.
Southampton Solent University’s Fine Art degree offers their students expert tuition, hands-on experience and creative freedom to enable students to realise their creativity and begin their careers in the arts industry. The university has seen students graduate to become artists across the world, and the Fine Art Degree Show promises to show the emerging talent of Southampton’s next big artists.
The Fine Art Degree Show is the accumulation of three years of hard work, sweat, tears … and paint. Art exhibited ranges from oil paintings of British coastlines to sculptures depicting war-torn landscapes to video and recorded work; this compelling range of art mirrors the variety of talented students who have worked together over the last three years.
